Question about Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II - (EU)

Why is this import lens more than 100,-CHF more expensive than the "non-import" lens? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/canon-ts-e-24mm-35l-ii-objektiv-13968522 Normally the import lenses are cheaper - aren't they? Is there a difference in function between the two lenses?
