Why is the Steamdeck price 200$ more expensive than in the US? When the rog ally arrived the price in us and europe were similar while Steamdeck in Switzerland is overpriced even more than in Germany.

Because the Steam Deck is not officially available here in Switzerland and unfortunately can only be ordered somewhat laboriously via detours.
In addition, a Swiss dealer is required by law to give you a 24-month warranty on the product, which is even more of a risk (for the dealer) with a Steam Deck, as he also has to handle this in a rather cumbersome manner.
The ROG Ally is officially available from Asus Switzerland, which is why you can get the device at the price set by Asus Switzerland.
Unfortunately, this is very often the case with products that only come to us via unofficial import.
