Question about Sony PlayStation 4 Pro: Fortnite Neo Versa Bundle

Why is the Playstation 4 Pro with the Fortnite Neo Versa Bundle (333.-) much cheaper than, for example, the bundle with Call of Duty Modern Warfare (502.-)? As a game, Modern Warfare costs around 60.-. The Fortnite bundle is even cheaper than buying the PS4 Pro without the bundle. Is that normal?
