Why is the microphone so bad? The person on the other end of the line can hear more of the surroundings than the person talking to the Airpods. I have made all the adjustments recommended on the internet. I now always have to pick up an earpiece and use it as a microphone. The Airpods are new and have been like this since the beginning. Do you have a solution?

I can confirm that. Especially with Whatsapp voice messages, you can't hear anything on the other end.
