Why is the configuration of the keys on this keyboard (in particular the presence of the treble and the "Alt Gr" key) the minority of keyboards?

This is a CH layout (smaller market than the DE layout, after all). Both are in QWERTZ, but we work with suppliers who offer more German than Swiss formats.
