Unfortunately, once again, as a customer of Galaxus, you are taken in by the motto "bad luck for you", the main thing is that we lure customers....
Well, that's it for me with Galaxus and I will certainly advertise there among my friends. There are other big suppliers who are more open and will deal with the customer more in the case of such a non-obvious error, especially if he reports it!
