Why is it that the delivery date was 6-7 days on the day of the order and is now suddenly "early February"?
This is because we work with different suppliers. If we can't get the headphones from one supplier but we can from another, we always try to get the headphones from where they are available, but this can change the delivery time. For your own orders, please feel free to contact our customer service team at digitec@digitec.ch. We do not post information about customer orders in the community.
