Why is it not possible to adjust the volume on the remote control? I was able to start up the system with CD-NT670 and A670 amplifier without any problems with regard to all functions, and the remote control also works accordingly. The only remotely controllable function of the amplifier part that goes via the remote control of the entire system is the volume, but nothing happens, so I have to adjust the volume manually. How can the volume be operated via the remote control?

Helpful answer
Install the system correctly.
Suspect that the system connector (cable between amplifier and CD player, with jack plug) is not plugged in or is not seated correctly.

With my system, the volume control works via app and remote control.
This is by default and I didn't have to set anything. Possibly a defect in the remote control?
