Question about RS 120 II - 180155

Why is it cheaper to buy the complete "Sennheiser RS 120 II" system twice than to buy the "Sennheiser RS 120 II" system and the "Sennheiser HDR 120" headphones once? I need 2 headphones with which I can "listen" to TV at the same time.
