Why German, French and other European interface languages are not available? How those languages can be installed into the phone?

There are currently no european firmware available. First you must download "More Langs" in Play Store. (Becaus runs not standalone)
2. Go on this Page:
http://blog.sightidea.com and follow the instructions. -->Safe ADB Tools in C:\Users\*yourname* do not make a own folder for the tools. (*yourname* its only a example for your own Username, you must use your own username.
3. Run CMD:
C:\Users\*yourname*>adb shell pm grant sightidea.com.setlocale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
(When the phone now ask for permission, then allow and repead this command).
4. Go to "More Langs"-App and choos your language.

Hope it helps you. It's relatively easy.

Nevertheless, Digitec should perhaps provide a bit more detailed information.
