Why does it say "Delivered tonight to {residence}" when it takes a whole 2 1/2 days to get to me?
I'm used to next-day delivery, but this product took even longer.
Isn't this delivery claim a bit too cocky?

Because not everything always works out the way it is supposed to. It's annoying, but if everything always has to be cheaper, faster, ...? If it's urgent, go to the specialist shop, take it with you and that's it.
