Why does it say 1 day deliverable above and the post office tells me that it only took 2 days for the parcel to be effectively handed over to the post office in Cadenazzo?

By the way: Ordered 22.05; post says "expected delivery 30 May 2020". (It's not the waiting that bothers me, but the fact that you promise more than you deliver).
