Question about Cisco Spa112
Why do the ports UDP 5060-5061, TCP 16384-16482 have to be opened manually on a firewall/NAT router as described above? Is the NAT-Keepalivefuntkion of the Cisco SPA112 not sufficient?

Hello, Keepalive is sufficient. I have about 10 behind a NAT/firewall and no ports forwarded. However, this only applies when everything is open outbound.
Agree with Scaniafan, works for me without port forwarding behind an Asus router with activated firewall.
