Why do the earplugs of the Apple Airpods 3 pro no longer expand after 5 months, can I report them defective or is this to be categorised as wear and tear that was not the case with the Apple Airpods pro 2?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "expand"; different sizes of ear inserts are included with this item. Please contact us if you suspect a defect:
