Why are there so many screens for sale second-hand? Are the customers not satisfied and send it back?

I have a guess. I bought this monitor for 830fr and I am very happy with it. Now it's 100fr more expensive, for whatever reason, and now people might try to sell it for more or almost the same price.
Maybe there will be a promotion soon where the monitor will be reduced to 830fr where it has been for a year and people think it is 100fr cheaper.
