Why am I given a delivery time of 10-12 days when we are now at 53 days?
Of course I'm cancelling the order now. It's an impertinence to first give such a delivery time and then to postpone it 2 times. This should not happen. The best example of how to get rid of loyal customers.
I'm experiencing the same thing at Media Markt: instead of delivery in 1-2 working days, it was 6, then 6 working days suddenly became 20 and who knows what else will come... At Interdiscount, at least one more date is given: 22 September, in one month. They just can't keep up with the demand...
