If you mean a Dell soundbar that attaches to the bottom of the monitor, then there isn't one that is suitable for the U2520D. https://www.dell.com/support...
If you don't need to attach the soundbar directly to the monitor, you can buy any soundbar and simply place it on the table directly under the monitor.
If you really want to mount a soundbar on the bottom of the monitor and not place it on the table (aesthetics or lack of space?), you can buy any slim soundbar and make your own brackets to mount the soundbar under the monitor. This depends on your DIY skills.
