Question about Zotac GeForce RTX 3090 Gaming Trinity
Which processor / which mainboard would go well with this graphics card? Or asked differently? With which processor is there no bottleneck on the part of the processor?

I now have the i9 10900KF paired with this card (Z490 motherboard). But if you can wait, I would wait for the new 11th generation Intel processors and PCIE-4 connectors. This should get the extra 2.3% out of the 3090. This, of course, if you go for Intel. Otherwise, I would say the pain threshold is somewhere around the 8700K processor. The generations below that might start to sweat at LOWER resolutions. So I would say 8700K and up (equivalent processors with plus minus equal cores) should fit without any problems. I would recommend waiting for the 11th generation.

I have the GRAKA in operation with the Threadripper 3970x. Especially when rendering videos, the card reaches its performance limit, but the CPU is far from it.
