Which notebook (this ZenBook or MacBook Air 13.3") is better suited for studying, it should run for at least 5 years, be fast, bright and user-friendly. What experiences have you had?
Hard to say. I work with both Mac and Windows. Macs have a much longer lifespan. My Mac from 2009 is still running today thanks to an SSD upgrade. The quality is very high, but I prefer to work with the Windows OS. Unlike the Air, the Asus has an anti-reflective screen, which I like much better. The resolution is also better. Battery life should be about the same. If you work a lot with the touchpad, Mac is and always has been better. Personally, I would prefer the Asus for studying, as most universities and colleges work with Windows applications. I had a lot more problems with Macs in the past. In addition, Windows devices are always 200 to 300 CHF cheaper.
