Question about Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC LHR

Which is better, a higher boost frequency or a lower one? Because when comparing with another graphics card I noticed that this graphics card only has 1.84 MHz and another one 1807 MHz. Or is this a write error?
