Officially not at all, but there is a workaround to do it with the PlayStation app, but it's not that great. Just ask Google how to connect AirPods to the PlayStation and they'll show you how to do it with the PlayStation app, but officially you can only connect them directly with the PlayStation headsets. Just so you still have to buy them.
