Which bulbs are recommended, especially in terms of size? The Phillips HUE White BT or Phillips HUE Giant BT are suitable. But which size is best for the lampshade?

Hi, I have the Eglo Golden Age E27, 4W bulb in it. I think the proportions are right. I hope this helps for a size comparison.
