Where exactly can you adjust the headset the way you want? is there a special internet site or something?

Hello Nidi8, the headset does not have any software that you can use to adjust various settings. You can only make settings via the driver of your sound card installed on the mainboard (e.g. Realtek HD Audio). However, this is not normally necessary.
