Where do you have the films with the half-images developed and scanned (for digital prints or prints)? Do you have any experience with how the labs deliver the half-images, i.e. are two images printed next to each other on one photo print and what about the digital prints?

Films can be sent in to fotomedia or handed in at the shop near Bern. The selection of scans and prints leaves nothing to be desired. Each photo is exposed individually, i.e. not two next to each other.
