Question about Aukey PC-LM1E
Where can I get the software? I have almost everything in black and white.
According to our information, you do not need any software or drivers. The product is UVC Plug and Play.
If the picture is almost black and white:
-Check the video settings in the app and reset the filters (black and white, saturation, exposure).
-Try the Windows camera app or macOS Photo Booth. You can check exposure and colour there.
-Provide more light in the room. If there is little light, the image will quickly become dark and colourless.
-Plug the product into another USB port (directly on the PC, without a hub).
If the problem still persists, please contact us directly via our DH Assistant so that a solution can be found.
