Question about Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty

You can buy spare parts directly from Shark - but they deliver only in Germany, France, UK, Italy, Belgium etc - not to Switzerland. I'm trying to buy the updated dust and filter unit for the hand vac - it replaces the old one as supplied in my device. It's available on those country web sites - but none will ship to Switzerland.

I'm going to ask Galaxus if they can order it for me - after all, they import (and sell!) the device, so they must have some purchasing channel.

Note that the pre-motor filter in this machine has changed - the 2024 youtube maintenance video shows a foam filter, whereas my 2025 model pre-motor filter does not have any foam inserts. In the link misterfrei provides, both types of pre-motor filters are illustrated - see illustrations 6 and 12.
