once 21.05, then again 8.4 or 6.4... here it is next week for me, when I should order?

It is common for different retailers to give different availability dates depending on factors such as stock levels and regional distribution. If you order today, the item should be delivered within 10 days, but this is a provisional delivery date. 
There are currently no official announcements or release dates for the white version of the Red Devil.
