Question about Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2

When I watch videos on my laptop, the sound comes on slightly delayed, extremely annoying. Now Sennheiser customer service tells me it's because my laptop doesn't have the Bluetooth Codex aptX Low Latency. This means the wrong Bluetooth codec. The problem can only be solved with an appropriate Bluetooth dongle (Adabter). Has anyone had the same experience?

I have not had this experience. I mainly use the MTW2 on the iPad to watch Netflix. The picture and sound are in sync, e.g. during explosions or when car doors slam. Once I had an asynchrony with a notebook. It was ok again after a reboot. So no problems in this area. On the other hand, I sometimes have problems with touch operation.

Unfortunately, I have had the same experience with these headphones, namely with iPhones and iPads (including iPhone 12 Pro Max and 8 Plus). The headphones are great for music, but the latency is unbearable for videos. What a shame! I sold them again within a few days. Unfortunately, it was not possible to return them to Digitec for hygiene reasons. I would never have thought that you have to pay attention to any codex when buying Bluetooth headphones, especially with high-priced Sennheiser products.

The MTW2 do not support aptX Low Latency, only their predecessors MTW1.
A Bluetooth dongle is therefore of no use.
