When I ordered it, it said it was available. Now I haven't received any extra notification from you. What happens now? I've never had a problem like this with you before and I'm not sure what to do.
What is the status in your customer account?
Waiting for my SONOS Move since 28.11.! Was in stock when ordered, then no answer available, then delivery in 3-5 days, now again no answer available!
I asked Digitec on 5.1. and received this reply:
"Unfortunately, after looking into your customer account, I have discovered that the responsible supplier has had to set the delivery date for the product 'Sonos Move' to "unknown" at the moment, as he is waiting for a subsequent delivery from the manufacturer, the date of which has not yet been published. For this reason, we are unfortunately not yet able to give a delivery date forecast. Our product managers are still in contact with the supplier regarding the delivery backlog.
We always try to announce the latest and most up-to-date dates on our homepage. Therefore, our distributors have the possibility to enter their delivery details directly into our system. The date given thus comes from the direct source of supply and is always up to date. It rarely happens that our supplier does not receive exact details from the manufacturer and they have to set the delivery to unknown."
