When I install the driver software that I downloaded from the official site (correct model), the configuration page (GUI) for the mouse is displayed in English. But after I restart the PC, the GUI is displayed in Chinese. I then uninstalled the software again and after reinstalling it, searched for the language setting in the English GUI. This option does not exist and after restarting, the GUI was back in Chinese.

Yes, this software is really not to be used. But it works without it. I connected the keyboard and mouse with the Bluetooh Tool from Windows. You can make settings for the keyboard and mouse in the control panel. This software is not necessary.

I also use the keyboard and mouse without the software. Without any problems. Just plug in the USB dongle and go.
