Question about Wacom Intuos Pro M

When I connect the tablet to the USB A docking station (Benq external screen) of my MacBook Pro with the cable supplied, the tablet is no longer recognised by my computer. Connected via Bluetooth, the calculator recognises the tablet ... but then of course it doesn't load. Pretty useless when you should be working with it. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I suspect that the docking on the screen is not supplying enough power. Try charging your smartphone - if it doesn't work, it would confirm my suspicion. You can use a USB-C adapter to connect the Wacom directly to the MBP or use an active docking station. I have a CalDigit TS3+ on my Mac mini and it works fine. Hope I have helped.
