Question about Huawei Freebuds 3

When I connect the Freebuds 3 to my laptop or computer via Bluetooth and then communicate via Microsoft Teams or TeamSpeak, the volume of the other person is far too high even at 2% system volume. The volume almost doesn't change between 2% and 100%, so it always stays the same. To use the headphones as a headset, I selected "Freebuds 3 Handsfree AG" as the playback device. To simply listen to music normally, I use "Freebuds 3 Stereo", here there are no problems with the regulation. Does anyone also use the Freebuds 3 for online meetings and has no/similar problems or a solution?

Hello!

We are aware of this problem and have already reported it to the relevant department.

Try installing the latest update that has just been released (firmware 1.9.0.522/ 08.05.2020). The problem might be solved.

I have exactly the same problem with my Freebuds Pro. Volume is at max. even when I turn the volume down to 2%.
When I have Dual COnenction active, Microsoft Teams always complains that the speakers and microphone don't work. For me, the headphones are not usable like this...

In the meantime, has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I have exactly the same problem with Microsoft Teams and Freebuds 3. I VERY much hope that Huawei makes an effort to find a solution here, because the product is worthless for 50% of the planned area of use, and I regret not having bought the Apple Airpods for a few more pennies...
