When I call up the device properties in the benchmark, it says "Qualcomm Snapdragon 618" with up to 2361.xx Mhz.... can someone please explain this to me in more detail?

In which benchmark? Antutu? Geekbench? Are you sure these are your results from this smartphone? Maybe it's a display error. Have you repeated the test? Maybe test with another benchmark tool?
