When I attach the power bank to my laptop using either C1 or C2 it's only giving an output of max 50w. I've tried both the cable that came with it, and also a 140w USB-C Anker cable I purchased separately, but still the same. It should give an output of min 100w. I only purchased this product so that I could charge my laptop. Is there an issue with the product?

I cannot confirm this. I can charge my notebook and Iphone at the same time and at full power. (Notebook 90W and Iphone 20W)
Maybe check with another notebook?

The cable alone is useless... Additionally and as an example the following : APPLE 140W USB-C Power Adapter Apple, White .... This retrieves the full power of 140 watts and displays it in the power bank... Approx. 45 minutes fully charged...
