When did you get the update to Android 13? I set up the T10 again and was able to update it to 00WW_1_320_SP03 via constant factory resets. The search for updates in the system settings never returned a result, only after a factory reset was an update detected. This is quite tedious and took several hours. In the meantime, according to Nokia, 00WW_2_310 (MR with Android 13) and 00WW_2_310_SP01 have been released for 8 and 4 weeks respectively, but even with a factory reset I am no longer offered an update.

The device does not offer an update even after several days. Now it would be interesting to know why some devices get updates and others do not.

I had also contacted Nokia support and after a reboot into safe mode did not bring any improvement either, I was advised to send the device in.
