With size S I have a chest circumference of 91cm?
So both do not fit me?

- XS-S: 52 - 73 cm
- M-XXL: 65 - 107 cm

Yes, M-XXL will certainly fit, because: this belt can be adjusted between 65 cm and 90 cm, but is also elastic, i.e. it can be stretched to at least 100 cm or even more.
