What is the difference with the FI27Q? Which one has the faster response time?

As far as I know, High Bit Rate 3 (HBR3) is not included in the FI27Q, I use the FI27Q-P and am very satisfied. As far as I know, the FI27Q-P has 1 ms GTG and the FI27Q-P 4ms.
