Question about Astro Gaming A40 TR + MixAmp Pro TR für Xbox

What is the difference to the white Astro A40TR (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/steelseries-arctis-pro-gamedac-rgb-gaming-headset-7951635?supplier=406802)? I need it for the Xbox One.

It's a little better made, the xbox app astro only works on the black one. I don't notice much difference in the sound. The disadvantage is the lack of a power button.
