what is the difference to the "same product" - item number 11459450 except that it is 100Fr. more expensive?

I don't think there is a difference. The more expensive version simply comes from a different supplier (Ikarus CH), who in turn probably sends a different manufacturer's article number to Digitec/Galaxus. It is probably simply a mistake :)
