What is the difference between this product ("Sennheiser D 10 USB") and "Sennheiser D 10 USB ML"? The specs look identical, both are connected to the PC via USB, etc. What do they mean by optimised for Skype for Business? Can't I use the Sennheiser D 10 USB with Skype, Discord etc.?

ML = Optimised for Microsoft Lync
Normal = Optimised for leading UC softphone brands

This is basically "just" a certification. Devices that have been optimised for Lync go through rigorous audio quality tests to ensure you get good audio quality. Non-optimised devices may have lower audio quality because, for example, inferior audio components were used.
