According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, the differences are as follows:
Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 - G85SB This model has 1x MiniDP, 1x MicroHDMI and 2x USB-C, as well as a glossy display surface
If you meant this model: Samsung Odyssey G8, 3440 x 1440 pixels, 34" This one has 1x DP, 2x HDMI, 2x USB-A and a connection for the USB hub, the display has a matt coating

Otherwise I couldn't see any differences, they consume slightly different amounts of power.
