TURBO-GTX1080-8G: (Dual-Ball Bearing Fan, 5+1 phases) Boost: 1733 MHz, Base Clock: 1607 MHz
GTX1080-8G: (Reference cooler, 5+1 phases) Boost Clock: 1733 MHz, Base Clock: 1607 MHz
ROG STRIX-GTX1080-8G-GAMING: (DirectCU III cooler, 8+2 phases) Boost Clock: 1733 MHz, GPU Base Clock: 1607 MHz
So compared to the ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 STRIX 8G-GAMING, this one has a slightly higher clock.
