what is the difference between the PA-B4 and the PA-B3? Both deliver 65W and have a UBS-C PD connection plus another one that then has to share the power. The price difference is considerable (50 vs. 33), isn't it?

The PA-B4 has 2 type C connections, the PA-B3 one type C and one type A.
