Question about ASUS GeForce ROG STRIX RTX 3090 GAMING

These are two different models. Then each model has a version with factory overclocking or not.
For the next time, use the product comparison available on digitec, you will see the difference is obvious.

TUF and Strix are different design lines (Strix is RGB-heavy) and Strix is designed more for hardcore gaming.
The O24G from the Strix line is overclocked harder:
O24G is overclocked to 1860/1890MHz from factory on Strix and to 1770/1740MHz on TUF.
24G runs at 1695/1725MHz.
(Standard and Boost Clock respectively)
