What is the difference between graphics memory clock 14 Ghz and graphics memory clock 1.75 Ghz? Please someone answer my question as soon as possible thank you

GHz. Or MGz. Means .Speed. how fast the devices work 1.75GHz is mega slow for a GPU= (GRAPHIC CARD) or CPU also a normal Cpu must be 3.5 Ghz and a GPU must be minimum 14.5 Ghz I recommend for gaming rtx 2080 or 2060 for work something very easy but for gaming minimum rtx2080
