7 is the larger battery (standard is 4). Heavier but the same lamp head. R stands for Remote Control and means that the lamp comes with a small remote control based on a Bluetooth technology, which can be mounted on the wrist or the handlebar. Blika All-in-one comes with mounts for helmet and headlamp and the remote control, but a small battery (which is enough for most things). Otherwise just buy another battery).
