What is the current status regarding Google services on the Huawai P30 Pro, is the device still without them or are they available again?

The Huawei P30 Pro was NEVER affected by the sanctions and always had all Google services from the beginning. I think you're confusing it with the Mate 30 (Pro), which comes without Google services. You can buy the P30 Pro without hesitation, it has everything from Google on it.
