What is included here? The software alone in the Nintendo E-Shop is free..what is included here in this 38.20? Additional content that you would otherwise have to buy? Thank you very much!

The retail version of Pokémon Rumble World does not contain any microtransactions that are included in the digital version of the game. The game includes all 3000 PokéDiamonds and the PokéDiamond Tomb from the beginning.
