What is actually going on with the delivery query? I'm still being told (18:37) that shipping is taking place today.....no matter what hardware I order from you that isn't currently in stock, the delivery information is completely unreliable.....how about giving a reason??? The same with RAM, screens, mainboards...do you talk to your suppliers or do you just accept it?
It's becoming a total impertinence anyway.
I ordered the item, it was available and was shown as ready for dispatch in my order for days (because another item was not yet available) and today it suddenly said:
Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here.
So if you ask me, articles are simply passed on here despite the fact that they are reserved or distributed totally randomly to customers.
The "individual" check is also worth nothing. I ordered on 5.1.21. Every day the delivery status changed. I then enquire on 21.1.21 and got an "individually checked" reply that the date was now set to unknown. One day later, on 22.1.21, I received the automated message that the parcel had been sent and on Saturday (23.1.21) it had arrived...
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly (digitec@digitec.ch). Your request can then be examined individually.
