I don't know anything about onenote. I installed it for you and tested it.
When I draw a line with the pen, it gets thicker or thinner depending on the pressure.
Is that enough for you or should I test something else?

I use OfficeSuite from mobisystems every day.
I use it to edit Word and Excel documents. Formatting of all kinds is possible with it.
Highly recommended. And with this tablet.
